can you change the kirovs abillty to instant speed boost and it wont lose health the speed boost will last for 10 seconds and the abillty reload time is 35 seconds or a minute

I could.
I always thought the Kirov's ability was more unique though and that would make it more like the Grinder Tank and Empire Engineer.
Oh and if you look, this post is surrounded by Kirovs.

how about then you keep it the same and make a protocal that reduces the damage of the kirovs and dreads second abillty
