This is no joke, and Its really released.

But I have a little Bad news...

I will no longer work with the mod. WITH NPATCH

But instead I will be restarting to re-code entirely the mod and Apply the ARES. Which is the thing I am doing these days, I've been planning to do this before so I'm now implementing it.

No Documentations, or some changelogs etc... The Manual is outdated way back from the first version of the Mod so Just play to see the changes or refer to the old posts.

There will be no support either because I am discontinuing the Npatch modding for the YR:ZH

And I might call this mod a DEMO mod. And maybe it might be Identical to the Ares version of the mod but better and a more fixed YR gameplay and bug free. Most of the updates are now in my Ares compilation.

Known bugs here is the AI, I messed it up, use Easy AI or Normal AI as the Brutal AI won't defend and attack properly

The Yuri sides/Generals is incomplete, and also It may give IE's when this shows up as Random in the country selection. I prefer to choose your enemies, Allied and Soviets sides and Generals, because they are the ones that are polished.

And If you see something that is incomplete, well the updated ones are already in my ares mod compilation.

I will do that transparency at the new update at the ares platform... anyway did someone played it? How was it?

Played it and it's very nice, although lack of features for Yuri at this stage is slightly disappointing.

Also, EMP Cannon Of Doom ftw. :thumbsdownsmiley:

yeah, I know that your expecting some changes and updates to Yuri side/Generals.

And EMP Cannon... does it rape a lot? There is still some issues with damage depending on unit armor...

It rapes buildings and people don't like when Grand-type Cannon rapes buildings.

It doesn't hurt much at buildings... and there is also a bug... it only disables Radar, Power, Gap Generator, Defenses and building ANIMATION lol...

Its great that this mod has finally release! I've been waiting 3 years for this! :p
And lucky you release it 4 days before ares was.. Otherwise you might change your mind and it will take another century to wait....

Btw, don't you want to update your mod at moddb?

i want to play it!!!!!!!!!
but when i start the YR_Zero_hour.exe, it wants an xmlf File...

i've installed YR 1.001 and the NPatch SE... do i need something else?

Yes! I finally see Version 1.0 going up (wooh, didnt think i'd have to age so old to see it come up)

Oh btw Geno, would it be alright to have the older versions somewhere? (Not saying i'd upload it, but some of the versions had good builds on them.)

Finally its released, now i don't have to play Mental Omega 2.0 and Robot Storm 1.99 any more
Total Annihilation is the only battle strategy.

is this mod still active? i played it today for the first time. i play allied vs russia, no tank attacks at all to speak of but plenty of air attacks. plus the game did not end. i killed everything and the game did not end. like the mod so far though. hopefully it is not dead

Nuke General : 4 Nuke Migs can Destroy a Conyard , conscript price is too damn high

The Nuke MIG kinda multiplied the damaged per cell... something like kirov's do in a single bomb on all buildings...
