I've been looking through older mods to find those little gems and this one looks great, but i hate having to reinstall when i change mods. Any chance you or someone else could make a launcher for the mod?

When originally developing this mod, I had considered using XCC Mod Launcher, but I find it irritating and temperamental to work with (it especially doesn't handle the use of RockPatch that well), so eventually left it out.
However, since I'm redeveloping the mod from scratch on Ares, I'll be building future versions to work with Marshall's LaunchBase tool, which will provide a similar ability to enable and disable mods on-the-fly.
