I only found 5 free models which could be used for this game, Freedom by FreedomDST, Providence by FreedomDST, Gandowana by caixiaoshan, Destroy Gundam by caixiaoshan, and Messiah by caixiaoshan.
Heres how the Freedom looks.
I will not post any more until you guys tell me its okay to.

woah....i cant say anything for the team but that would save alot of modelling hours but as usual...still worried about poly count~Hey, I don't know if you guys do this, but I came across a site called Turbosquid which hosts alot of 3d models for sale. Along side these however, some of the modelers posted free models.

I decided to try my hand at modeling using the RX-78-2 tutorial.
This is suppose to be a Strike dagger head.
and a better one
What do you think?

It still needs work and the colors wrong, but I think it looks like Strike.
This is how it currently looks

If some one would tell me where to find it, i could tell you the poly count so far.
All in all, I think I did well for my first time modeling.

Here's a slightly improved version
All I changed was the upper arm and the side panels for the skirt to make them look more like their meant to.

Brilliant!
It's great to see this mod back on the road again and its looking great, I saw a thread on another site where some guy was trying to create a Transformers mod but the polys were just far to high, thats the only problem when making models like these (for Transformers and Gundam).

This is not including the rifle or shield I have yet to make.
I like your sword impulse, its cool and to make the rest of the impulses all you have to do is change the pack and color of the chest so your set for like three or four more models. Though, I would give it the upgraded shield and rifle unless that really would make it unable to be used.
Anyway, I like your start on Strike E and cannot wait to see the rest, but as a little advice, Strike E and Strike Noir are identical except for the color and the wings Noir has, so try making Strike E first, then modifying it into Noir giving two units with little additional modeling. This will speed up model creation, thus allowing this mod to be done sooner.
I'm planning on making the Aile pack and Strike Gundam at some point hopefully before school starts back up, so if anyone has made these two models already it would be nice to know now.

I changed some small things with the chest to match more and gave it a new skirt as more accurate.
and full body shot
New poly count is 5740
By the way, I seem to be having less luck with making the rifle.
Here's the current version.
Needs a lot of work and currently looks nothing like the actual rifle.

Also if you guys are planning to optimize these models for the game you really need to get those poly counts down. Especially for the units that there will be many of like a strike dagger. The original Legacy model was just over 1000 poly's and that was a unit there was only going to be one off. Most of the mass produced units were allotted 500-800. The only models over 5000 were the warships.
