The Achilles-Alpha Pattern Land Raider was the first prototype of the Land Raider Achilles, more powerful and durable than any tank of their class yet created.

This variant was constructed using specially Enhanced Ferromantic Rites, so the hull is able to resist even the most determined assault and is almost preternaturally resilient.

It is armed with one hull-mounted Quad Mortar with frag and shatter shells and two sponson-mounted twin-linked Volkite Culverins.
