I had some ideas for the Harad and Rhûn split in beta 4.8.
One idea I had was to mount the Easterling catapult on a kine-pulled battlewagon
Another idea I had was actually given to me by Námo. We could give both factions a set of heroes with Adûnaic and/or Westron names.

We should also think about the other factions as well. For Gondor, maybe Imrahil, Pippin, Beregond may be added, along with Citadel Guards. For Rohan, maybe the variety of horsemen could be labeled as different groups of Rohirrim, such as East Emnet Riders or Eastfold Horsemen. For Lothlorien, maybe add Elladan and Elrohir, even though the Elves have a lot of heroes. This all depends on the current status of the mod and its leader, Naz. Atm, he's probably very busy at the moment so progress is at a temporary recession.
