It might take a while to load, but I doubt it actually freezes.

1.2 is just phenomenal. I've only played a bit of GFFA so far (which is now playable for me) and I absolutely love it. The ground revamp is the highlight for me, it just makes so much more sense than vanilla FoC and it's very engaging.

I've only scratched the surface so far, but this is just utterly amazing. Thank you guys.

I'm really glad to see everyone enjoying the mod after waking up, and it's wonderful to see a user-hosted torrent! Thank you guys so much for using your bandwidth to distribute the mod! I'm going to help seed at ~0.5Mbps until ModDB has verified the file.

Just as a note for everyone else who just goes to the last page:

If you have installed the mod Republic at War you need to rename or delete the Data/XML and Data/Scripts data folders from your FoC and EaW installation folders! They will break our mod and any mod that uses custom AI!

So that means I cannot install both RAW and PR at the same time because these mods will not work properly together? Isnt there a way to make them compatible with each other?

Yea I also tried to download it via torrent but there was no seeds at all so I guess that I will wait until it will be authorized on moddb then. No other choice :/

It's just marvellous that v1.2 is out at last. I really appreciate your handiwork and all the effort you've been putting in this, guys.
Thank you.

P.S. I'd really be happy if someone could just upload it on RS (or the like).

Hmm I'm seeding but tracker went AWOL and all peers vanished. Everything is blinking red. Don't know what happened.

Then the install is probably wrong? Is it at least loading FoC?

Looks like their install is the one, or one of the ones, that modifies the base game. Once you do that, you're no longer running EaW v1.5 and FoC v1.1, but some new, inconsistent version. The installer license specifically calls for EaW v1.5 and FoC v1.1.

I'm still seeing 30 to 40 people on the torrent, though my system for some reason refuses to upload despite not having a limit set. Can't figure out why.

<DevXen> Today I was at the store and saw a Darth Vader action figure that said "Choking Hazard." It was great.

There's currently a seed-to-peer ratio of ~2 according to uTorrent so I assume that there just aren't enough people trying to download right now to warrant your connection being used. I only have a share ratio of ~0.5 and I've been seeding since I posted about it. The torrent definitely works, by the way- it just doesn't have a proper tracker so it will be a bit shaky.

The mod Republic at War has to modify the vanilla game's base files for its AI to work because the team clearly didn't know that it would work if they put it in a .MEG. I suggest you contact them, PR, and tell them about it.

I did not have any trouble downloading the torrent, took me litterally 8 minutes cause of the amazing seeders, am now seeding for any one that needs to download for the next 24 hours!

It's more complicated than that. I'll have to write a tutorial on it.
