I have searched all over the internets for a solution and i was unable to find one. I can't see the menus when i start RA2 or YR. i can click where they are and the game reacts.
I have a DELL laptop with an intel i7 processor, nVidia dedicated graphics and also intel graphics. The only fix i have found is setting the power settings in my intel card to high performance, but that does not fix the problem for me.
Do you guys have any idea what i could do to be able to play this game again?

Why hello there, welcome to the forums.
I have almost the exact same setup hardware-wise, and I've had the problem as well. Probably something to do with Intel's notoriously crappy support. I'm happy to say there's finally a solution for this problem!
Download this handy program from LH_Mouse in this thread. Start it up before you start up the game, and it should fix your problem.

Well, the entire menu screen was gone or just the buttons? Can you also hear the intro music?
Maybe try experimenting with compatibility modes?
Also, if you are using Vista or Windows 7, this may be applicable: http://www.techsuppo...7-a-561718.html. It is slightly more extensive than other information I saw.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: Okay, I was quite late. Zenothist's suggestion seems way better. **

In-game should be fine. Trust me, I was thrilled when it finally worked.
