bugs on DDay

I seem to have an issue with anti aircraft fire, the animations for this and the bombing runs are screwed up. Could this be because I am running in LB? (anti aircraft animation) / (AI bombing run)
The AI has some fighters that appear to be lost they keep circling doing nothing (planes going crazy)
There is a building that appears to have pixel issues. The only reason I say pixel issues is because thats what i was told about mine & it has the same color issues.
Playing as Americans vs AI Medium Americans I created research lab and the game froze. This happened 2 times playing on city scape & close quarters
The helicopter as a supply vehicle is pretty sweet, the city scape map is cool, love the look. The only thing i can find wrong is way too many units you can build hard to keep track of all, but other than that.....THIS MOD WAS WORTH WAITING FOR!!!!! Killer job MIG
Running Win 7 64 bit, compat was never changed it never needed to be changed, runs like its suppose with out changing. Some of the tank vxl look way too big, is this intentional (no pics of these).

The "crazy planes" are because of a pathfinding problem that happens when a ground unit & an aircraft both try to move to the same cell, the aircraft ends up gets stuck in a loop. this will be fixed once map specific AI is introduced in a future version.
Quite a few buildings have "pixel issues" I'm going to redo most of the buildings with new custom pals tho which will fix this problem.
If you play on Total war then you are basically asking for too many units try the other time frames for a smaller more balanced selection of units.

@ RobFlip in the LB folder you see mods...I created a folder called DDAY...in this folder I coped an existing folder and edited it. Now KILN, MP, and SAVES are blank. I put the DDAY info in the DDAY folder ( I deleted my stuff in the folder b4 placing DDAY in it). place the file i supplied in the DDAY LB Folder. There should be 5 folders in the DDAY LB folder you create.
I don't care about too many troops, I like hard games...........In any case amazing work MIG!!! LOVE IT

@MigEater, I figured as much with the colors issues, I am going to try again and if it crashes I will post up the report. You said down the 3.0. When I went to the link provided I saw only that said 3.0 (see pic). this is the one was called

Thanks for the help. I could not get it working with the launcher,but I did get it working. I unistalled and the reisnstalled RA2 and YR. I then followed the readme instructions and the game worked. The only thing I did different is using the RunAres.bat file did not work. I was in the RA2 Folder with windows explorer and clicked on the address bar and added \Syringe "gamemd" to the address and the game started and runs perefect.
@Mig Eater, Congrats on a job well done. and thanks for bringing life back to YR.

sorry, i meant .3 not 3.0..............just spent 2 hr 43 min playing and it was pretty intense and that was against 1 AI on medium...don't know why i got the crash b4, built all buildings, the crash I got when the research lab the first time was built did not occur again. Though I did get this weird image.
How did you get that enormous tank in your screenshot?

First i want to say huge thank u to Mig for that mod its epic. But i have few questions about the gameplay.
1) I cant see the colors of the diffrent teams. When u play with 3 or more players u just cant see what is happening.. too much grey in the game and the units are hard to be recognized..
2) Too much viachles ..during the game it take a lot of time to see what is anti aircraft, heavy tank, or anti infantry. or to make difference between the inftantry units.
3) I played Red Alert a lot and i can say that im good against computers but those just bolown me away.. doesnt metter if it is easy, hard, or medium they just never stop pulling forward tanks i cant even organize defence.. And this is not becuse im noob or something .. on hard they start attacking may be at the 10th minute, on easy at the 15-20th may be .. and once your oponent start he dont stop until u are destroyed.. I think the game is far too hard.. with all these mistakes..
I dont want to hate or something.. the idea is epic and if u fix even 50% of those things it will be priceless.. Thank u again for the great job u have done and don't take my advices personaly..
