Avast is reporting that rstorm199.exe contains a win32:Sality-BNM virus. What should I do and how can I get a virus-free version if it isn't a false alarm?

False alarm. Unless you got it from some weird site.

Yes but it's reporting it every time I go to run it, and every time I try to download it. And it also automatically blocks it and moves it to a virus vault.

You could always get it from this main site or moddb profile and check them if it appears again whining, possibly false positive given UPX compression in the launcher.
