It's Lindir (not Mindir - and formally known to fans as Figwit) ;p. He is played by Bret McKenzie from Flight of the Concords.
Also look at the second Necromancer picture - it is like a silhouette of Batman. ;p
P.S. Also we need more Dol Guldur - I would like to see a picture of the Nazgul Castellan.

It is a joke when I refer to the Necromancer as Batman - because of the picture of him. But the actor is a brilliant one and is the same as Smaug.
