You just give him the download, enable CnCNet in the mod manager then start the game with CnCNet (right, FS?) and go to LAN.

Sorry by the delay but I was traveling 
1º) Download the mod (here) and the last update (here).
2º) Install the mod.
3º) Install the last update.
4º) Launch the game with the mod launcher.
5º) Go to the Network/CnCNet button in the main menu.
Of course, these steps in both computers.
