Well don't take too much of the stuff you get here personally, Al.  Or do... these people are actually helping you more than you think.  You have shown a lack of progress, and a lack of confident work... I would prefer Gray and Marti rip my work apart than lie to my beautiful, elegant face.  My advice is to put this project on hold and work for one of the good people here.  Your work will be bad at first, but if you actually find your level and ask for help... you'll actually do well in the modding business.  We all sucked at one point.  Even Pasidon.  Think about that.

 

And come on... be a bit more confident.  Tell Grey to go kick his mother in the womb for giving birth to such a foul mothered degenerate, and insult Marti's filthy back-water country if he's giving you personal crap.  This is Revora, for spit's sake... burn them right back, but more importantly, improve on your work and lay off the excuses.  Standard isn't accepted around here.  Other than that, I'm looking forward to see your improvements. Don't you dare disappoint me.

Ask one of these people... they have similar projects, and it would be inspiring for you.  Or just have these guys give you a very small project, like a model, and they will tell you how to improve if you are willing.  The key word here is 'improve'.

Al... stop worrying about your concepts  Let's talk about your models.  If no one here wants to help you out, then send me a PM.  I can get someone who knows models better than me, and I can help you out with how to make good, solid textures.  This stuff doesn't take minutes, yea?  It takes hours.

how can you be a coder if you can't understand a simple file format? ps, renaming doesn't help
