I want to make a Wikia to share information about the mod such as unit stats, description about the mod, tips and strategies on how to play against a faction and a mission. The mod can also become more popular (well, at least a little bit).

The goal of a wiki is that if the pages exist, others can join and add things freely

 

I suggest going to other game wiki's for RTS games and copy their basic information layout as a base to work from.
 

once you have something started, others may join. but it might not be necessary to have every scrap of code and values in the wiki, most times just a breakdown of the buildings and units is sufficiant, that with special units/weapons and faction categories, then highlight some key points for the mods summery and you have a full wiki page

 

Edit: never expect others to do the work for you, if you want something done, dedicate yourself to it, and see it completed.
