Yes remember we are playing a 'beta' where gameplay, modes, balance are not final. Wait till the final Mental Omega 3.0 comes out.

I think its fine if has a 9 sub. only but we give a more time to plan what units can be add to become a great game.

Would you guys be opposed then if people shared rules files openly? I personally don't see an issue so long as you make it clear what version of the mod the rules are for.

IMO, it would cause online version incompatibility issues when playing online.   Plus updates from BR1, 2, 3, and so on so forth.

Malver should have cannot attack from the transport, such as entering the battle fortress...

The same reason why Brutes cannot punch while inside or Dogs bite people.

 

Speaking Dogs, I do have an IFV+Dog suggestion.

Dog IFV = Loudspeaker IFV

It should either be a linear or circular attack(kinda like Epsilon Adept Psi-blast) with the effect similar to RA3 dog/bear IFVs, using an AE speed and/or ROF debuff(non stackable)

So one of the Kappa's things is that it gets more HP restored from Backwarp, but the thing is, is that Backwarp is a T3 support power unlocked only when you build the Battle Lab, so it's not really very helpful at that stage in the game where everything your opponent has is going to pretty much tear the Kappas apart at that point.

 

Could backwarp be moved to a T2 structure like the Robot Ops Center or Airforce Command instead? Or perhaps just giving it a different bonus altogether, like being repaired faster by repair units?

Same could be said about Rhinos, actually (they can be paradropped, but it's available only on T3! it should be moved to T2, because it's unfair for Russia that their tank's "special ability" is available at T3!). In fact, people do say something like this in another thread.
And what 3 paradropped Rhinos can do anyway, if T3 stuff can easily kill them? Who even builds T1 at T3? Useless support? People that lost their labs because they didn't spot a Rhino paradrop in time would disagree.

Kappas still hover, so it's not like the only thing they have is the health restore.

But Malver doesn't kill with his bare hands or with a weapon. His "blade" doesn't even physically exist! (this isn't aimed at you, btw, i'm just quoting it)

3 Rhinos + Iron Curtain can be more effective than a full load of US paradroppers. Before Rhinos had a nerf against structures in closed beta, this combo can take out ConYards. Go figure. :p

I think Kappas have the second highest HP for a basic tank unit (after the Qilin). It floats and makes PF (theoretically) the second strongest naval power after PsiCorps. Not many people even make use of Backwarp on Kappas (usually they do it on more valuable units).

Maybe PF should have a T2 support power to it's Robotics Support Center that heals all T1 to T2 tanks to 360 health (basically Barkwarp except more flexible to PF's early to mid game).
