Yes remember we are playing a 'beta' where gameplay, modes, balance are not final. Wait till the final Mental Omega 3.0 comes out.

I think its fine if has a 9 sub. only but we give a more time to plan what units can be add to become a great game.

Would you guys be opposed then if people shared rules files openly? I personally don't see an issue so long as you make it clear what version of the mod the rules are for.

IMO, it would cause online version incompatibility issues when playing online. Plus updates from BR1, 2, 3, and so on so forth.

Speaking Dogs, I do have an IFV+Dog suggestion.
Dog IFV = Loudspeaker IFV
It should either be a linear or circular attack(kinda like Epsilon Adept Psi-blast) with the effect similar to RA3 dog/bear IFVs, using an AE speed and/or ROF debuff(non stackable)

So one of the Kappa's things is that it gets more HP restored from Backwarp, but the thing is, is that Backwarp is a T3 support power unlocked only when you build the Battle Lab, so it's not really very helpful at that stage in the game where everything your opponent has is going to pretty much tear the Kappas apart at that point.
Could backwarp be moved to a T2 structure like the Robot Ops Center or Airforce Command instead? Or perhaps just giving it a different bonus altogether, like being repaired faster by repair units?

Maybe PF should have a T2 support power to it's Robotics Support Center that heals all T1 to T2 tanks to 360 health (basically Barkwarp except more flexible to PF's early to mid game).
