Hey all ! I just open mix find and found the rules. but it not RULEMD.INI, it is RULEMD.DAT
I open it and see these code just same as normal rulemd file. So, can i edit it ? I just opened and read some of them . Seem we can easily edit it.
Also 1 weird thing : I cant find artmd.ini any where ._.

The mixer are protected so you can't edit them, until a new beta or updae is brought out, in which we will tell you that you can.
for now we wish to focus all efforts on getting all known issues out of the game and ensuring you as fans can enjoy the game, before we allow you to edit the files for your own use, and not to be spread around for others like a mod to Mental Omega

Hey due ! Look like there is no XCC protecion. I found rulesmd.ini ! I can edit it right now !

Theres a reason the mixes were locked for a reason you know...

lolno, are you sure it is called "rulesmd.ini"? Or are you referring to MO2.0?

That is MO 3.0. I nerver download 3.0.
opened rulesmd.ini, i see the code of all new units in MO 3.0. I can send it to you if u want !

The rules i found is from another mod in same RA2 dic.. I thought that was for MO 3
