I wouldn't consider Yunru and Libra cameos as 'easter eggs', they're design choices.

There's also a "Darker than Black" Billboard you can find in just about any map featuring billboards.

 

You can also find an "It Came From Red Alert!" Billboard too - a reference to the Giant Ants secret missions from the original Red Alert.

GAME EASTER EGGS!

Soviet Mission 3 I believe it is. It's simple, we kill the President. is a reference to The Dark Knight quote by Joker. "It's simple, we kill the Batman".

And the whole Tsurugi Powersuit is a reference to Robocop robot. Even it's description on mo.cncguild.net and it's quotes (I don't know it's name)

Field Medic's quote " Don't MEDIC me!" is reference to "MEEEDIC !!!!" cry from TF2

Mortar Combat line was suggested by me and yes, it was because i had "MORTAL KOMBAT! <insert music here>" in mind at that point.
Resheph lines aren't really references to anything, though.
