Guys, I made this poll to see who are your favorite hero units in MO,
For me,I say Yunru because:
1.I have this headcanon that she's adorkable.
2.Of all the heroes, she is the only one that is mostly support. (I love playing support in games)
3.Her voice lines are pleasant to listen to IMO.
And Libra because:
1."Can I kill them? Please?" (BTW, my name in MO is CanIKillU)
2."The floor is lava!~"

What are your choices?

Malver

- Because he's a melee hero in a Game filled with Soldiers armed with Ranged Attacks

- He's Zenothist with a cold

- He has a suede leather trench coat.

I doubt it would be suede, or leather, or a trench coat. Those fabrics don't really make for good clothing if you spend a lot of time in a desert. :p

Malver wears the Emperor's new clothes. Perfect ventilation, perfect for the desert. :)

I can be an ass and vote 9 heroes, but i'll settle for two. :p

Malver has my vote for sure. He's dressed to impress and he's got the skills to back himself up. Shame that the laydays can never see him; except for Libra, Tanya, and Yunru. There's probably a reason as to why he doesn't want to be seen though. Maybe he's just REALLY self-conscious. Not only that he's pretty useful in the thick of battle and out of it. :p

Morales, that kinda explains all. It can kill more than one infatrey in one shot, most of vehicles can be driver-killed, he has a sh**load of range and is fast.

The second would be Yunru/Libra(ye both). Yunru + Centurion some Sentinels and Nuwa = GG and spamming Libra clones is cool too since they can target air.

Damn, stop giving me ideas for my commando headcanons, lol.

So, does anybody have headcanons for the hero units?

I'd like to see.

I'm unsure what you mean by 'headcanons'. Backstories?

I think it would be most accurate to call that "fanstories". :p

I chose All the Soviet ones and Siegfried.

For Volkov and Chitzkoi, fun cyborg duo, and that robot dog is so fun.  Morales has that great range and hits multiple targets, pretty much better than Boris.  Yunru is cute who can disable armor and machines, simply said.  Siegfriend is powerful against buildings and groups of enemies, my kinda guy.

"Headcanon" is what specific individual fans believe to be true about a character in a specific media, even though it is never said so that the character is like that in the said media. "Headcanon" is usually true for a single individual ("it's canon in their head"). "Fanon" is an alternative term, but used when a noncanon idea is widely popular inside the fandom. "Canon" is Word of God, basically.

Libra, anytime. The first fraction I tried in MO was the PsiCorps, and seriously, it should be renamed to "Libra and the gang". Her voice acting is amazing (even tough it's high piched, and can be an earrape), I like her cameo, has quite a bunch of fan art, levitates, and can pwn almost anything if micro'd well.

It's like MO just happened to get the two anime characters that usually appeal to people the most: We have the sad cutie everyone wants to protect like a little sister and we have the crazy maniac girl everyone wants to die by. :p

As for my favorites:

Volkov & Chitzkoi: I always liked Volkov and the dog in the original RA1 Counterstrike, it was the single mission that actually stood out for me in that expansion, since it was actually a new unit. Glad to see them back, and this duo seems to be pretty deadly in this one too. (Haven't played them enough though, I only tried a few single missions with them.)

Norio: His armor and design is awesome! It's like some damn superhero, like Iron Man, but with cool wings.

Yunru & Libra: See above reasons, but I like Yunru more.

I still fail to see how is he useful, with that slow rof, not-so-good armor, and slow movement speed.
