"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

We need a neutral host now, does anyone have time?

edit: If we both agree, can we ask someone else who is not on the neutral host list?

J2C2KL, I will PM you and ask when is the best time for gaming.

So thanks to players missing in action I advance to the next round without even playing a game and will go head to head with the winner of the last tournament. Oh dear. ;p

You people do realize that we have a PM system as well, right? And that unlike GR, you can be sure that your opponent has a Revora account (you know, because they're on here)?

Perhaps these tournaments would go a lot smoother if the participants used the tools at their disposal instead of just leaving some information behind and signing off.

Especially because you can enable e-mail notification of PMs so you get an alert on your smartphone the instant someone contacts you here, no matter where you are.

Yeah everyone has a smartphone and internet on it.

Some tourney organizers make separate topics for each round so it's easy to follow where to post and where to find replays. Some people also don't post the new bracket on page 3 of a topic where it's not necessarily that easy to find.

Just keep trolling me, that's gonna end well.

If you don't have a smartphone with internet on it, you can still enable e-mail notification whenever you receive a PM on here. The advantage is that you know every participant is registered here, while not every participant uses GR.

Nobody's trolling you, we're trying to organize this thing properly and people like you who just leave behind a number every round and then vanish are not helping us to make this a smoother process.

I'm not vanishing, I'm still here right? Of course you can contact me via PM here, it's just easier and faster to reach me on gameranger...

It's possible to say things like what you told me without being a dick. I recommend that course of action, especially since you're a Leader on this site.
