problem with renx

when i go into renx, the models don't come up as a model, instead they are all squashed up,
i looked around renx but i couldn't find anyway of changing it.
i put on a print screen of what comes up as an attachment.
any help????

i am using the -mod command with my mod. everything works apart from the str file. i don't know where 2 put it so that it overlooks the str of the game. can anyone tell me where 2 put it?

trying 2 add imrahil in-game.
i do everything right, put al lthe arts in the right folder, and do the asset.dat
but when i go in-game, imrahil is invisible.
any help with this?
