Double Stolen Tech !?

Hi, long time no see. I just had an idea of if it makes sense to have double stolen tech units. That is, you have to infiltrate at least two enemy labs to acquire the unit. This can also be super units as well. For instance, if you are Soviets, infiltrate Allied and Foehn Labs to have something like a Nano-Healing Mirage Tesla Tank etc.

What are your opinions on this matter?
Feel free to say that it is utter bullshi## if you think so..

Unusual Lag and Slow Down Issues

Well, the title says it all. The game was running smoothly yesterday. But today it takes about 5-10 minutes to start the client and load the missions and the game heavily lags and makes playing unbearable.

Any help is appreciated.
