Hey! Just to let you all know, we fixed it by simply applying the Fixed Launchers for the Ultimate Edition. This seemed to work despite the fact we were all running the same version of the game.
And why it worked to start with and stopped working I'll never know! Lol
Anyway, thanks for all your help!
