Posted by First look up a program called finalbig. It seems to work better than any other program I've tried. Then use it to open up the Big file (either the original or version 1.06 or even a modded game, whichever you are working with) and look for data\ini\gamedata.ini
Pretty much all the values you are looking for are in that file. Just take a minute to look through it as it has all the values listed for every unit in the game.
