well ive fixed the issue, uninstalled game, this time delete the data in the temp file in users.

Just ran nat test and it said i dont need to do port forwarding, huge relief :D

I have the same issue, the game worked fine, now when i click on game from ultimate collection it says updating cloud device. game starts the disconnection menu comes up and everyone counts down
