A Possible Return From Retirement: BFME1 Mod Based of Guild Wars

Unfortunately i have been in retirement for some time. I have been however been a die-hard Guild Wars player and have had the recurring idea of making a mod based off of it ! I basically am not going to go through all the trouble of making a long list of ideas if i dont have a team but i am basically looking for a sizable team to work this mod. Dont commit if you wont have time because i need people who have time. Also a basic knowledge of Guild Wars would be nice.

Hmm... My citadel for my new harad camp refuses to let me build heroes.. I checked the commandset stuff..... How odd...

I made some new base files for my Harad Faction mod and followed the tutorial, hex-edited them and added them. Can someone point out why its not working?
