I'm not find rulesmd.ini but i thought i was. Fogive me !

The rules i found is from another mod in same RA2 dic.. I thought that was for MO 3

That is MO 3.0. I nerver download 3.0.

opened rulesmd.ini, i see the code of all new units in MO 3.0. I can send it to you if u want !

Im still not edit it yet ! Because i dont want bug !
