Found rules file. But some question...

Hey all ! I just open mix find and found the rules. but it not RULEMD.INI, it is RULEMD.DAT

I open it and see these code just same as normal rulemd file. So, can i edit it ? I just opened and read some of them . Seem we can easily edit it.

Also 1 weird thing : I cant find artmd.ini any where ._.

No shield for super weapon ?

Hey all ! The MEntal Omega 3.0 is amazing ! But i see there is no shield for u to protect your base from super - weapons attack (Nuke, Weather control )

How i can protec my base now ? <:)
