- A more electronic soundtrack for the faction, considering they're far more advanced than the 3 other factions in terms of their tech.

- No subfactions. At least for a while. It is better to test a single faction to find imbalances.

Here is a suggestion for a new building.

 

Fake Research Junction (with fake Chemplug upgrade)

 

Subfaction: Scorpion Cell

Cost: 700

Power: None

Hitpoints: 1000

Prerequisite: Research Junction + ChemPlug upgrade

Purpose: Decoy Building

Armor Class: Light Structure

 

Ther are only 2 fake buildings the Fake Psychic Dominator(which has a 1 build limit) and Fake Construction Yard.  There isn't much variety of fake buildings for Scorpion Cell when compared to the Allies from Red Alert 1. With Fake Research Junction you can have one or more built when the real version is built to fool the opponent to destroy or infiltrate the decoy version. This will make it harder to send Scorpion Cell back to tier 2.

How about fake versions of every main structures? (no versions for defensive structures such as Gatling Cannons, of course)

I would love to see unwary multiplayer noobs destroy my fake base and celebrating their early victory while my real base is safely hidden away from their sight.

Proselytes, I have an idea about a few new subfactions.

======
======North Korea (Soviet)======
Emphasis on Iron Curtain technology and nuclear usage. Units are more expensive, though.

Subfaction Features:
* Emphasis on Iron Curtain technology.
* Usage of improved nuclear technology.
* Usage of heaviest and slowest tanks.

* Exclusive access to Improved Nuke Silos.
* Very Economy Dependent.
* Expensive arsenal.
* Cannot construct Industrial Plants.

 

Isn't that China? (refer to the phrases that are in red color)

 

However, Iron Curtain tech specialization is the only way to go (needs 3.0 iterations of Iron Dragon)

Hindering this subfaction's ability to build Industrial Plants would lead players to stray away from this  subfaction due to its expensive arsenal.
 

 

======Chaos Force (Epsilon)======
Uses chaos, poisonous gases and chemicals other than the 'green plagues' used by SC.

Features:
* Emphasis on chaos, gases and chemicals other than the 'green plagues' used by SC.
*Poor armor division.
*Cheaper units.

 

There is already already a subfaction for this. It is called Scorpion Cell.

Sorry but SC have them already.

Maybe something more chaotic for the subfaction you're suggesting? (Clue: Something from MO 3.0 BR1 Deviator)

Also, why you left the Allied Forces out? :(

A different suggestion:

You guys could create new effects for tropical maps based on the same animation of Blizzard Tank "freezing cloud"; transparent clouds that would simulate fogs, these clouds appeared randomly on the map, or just on a pre-defined region; would be good to create a wild or primitive environment to certain maps and missions. A good idea?

I like it. It evokes a sense of mystery.

A suggestion: If possible, a render of the Perun Flagship so we can have an idea what this unit looks like. Also the renders of the tech aircraft (Hailfox excluded) from the tech airfield.
