First of all, don't use jpeg. Do all files in pcx, I prefer tga.
Secondly, don't make a gif file of animation, do seperate files - again as pcx or tga - and number appropiately.
Thirdly, OS Shp builder, although a good program, is not the easiest to use for doing a building from scratch.
Paintshop would be more ideal (alot of the modders here use it) although I lean more towards Adobe Photoshop.
And lastly, there are tutorials on just about everything, (especially Paintshop), they will help guide you in the right direction.

Thanks for the comments and support in posting in this forum.
A few more robotic sounds, two of which I have tested, and sound reasonable for a robotic side perhaps.
Again they are only samples, when I have them satisfactory, they will be converted accordingly.
As always any comments (good or bad) are welcomed.

The Sounds have yet to be converted for use in RA2/YR, and not all the EVA has been done, but you will be able to sample them and let me know what you think.
I can also run them through a speech synthesizer (spelling?) if they need altering in any way.
I can also add different ones if anyone requires anything specific.
The files with a "A" after them, means I have added alternate speech to vary them a little.
I can also do male and female voices if anyone requires a different voice to add in to the game.

Thanks for the comments and advice.
Its good to know what's wrong and how to correct them.
And a little off topic, but I have been messing around with the sounds as well, and adding new EVA to the game.
It's all robotic for the moment, with the simple annoucements, Establishing Battlefield Control, Standby (Changed to Cyberdyne systems activating - Standby), Unit Created, Construction Complete - etc...
If anyone's interested, I'll post a few of them, not sure if it's something the community wants or needs.
