If you got a trouble with connection, but you're sure you're doing everything properly - try to change your ip in the game settings. Sometimes it helps. Go to settings in the main menu of the game, then choose network - there are 2 ip addresses  the game suggests for you (as a rule) - just change to another one.

Something like that - you can edit this stuff and add it to faq, and make sure the buttons settings and network in the game menu have the same in English version

Btw, yesterday, after the hundredth unsuccessful attempt to log in, I went to settings in the game, then "network" . There are  2 ips in the block suggested by the game, I've just chosen another one. And, ta-da, now it works! 

Nope, still doesn't work for me

Hey,guys. Just wanna make sure - does the KW server works right now? Cuz i can't go online since yesterday. There's ann error pops up, smth like just "Unable to connect" (just translation from Russian version, dunno how it is exactly in English).
