I've taken a look at some ini modding guides and started making some changes, pretty basic things like skipping intro video and making palantir powers cost nothing. However when I launch the game it is just normal... I go back and look at the ini file and the changes are still there so they saved.
Does anybody know what the problem would be here, have I missed something obvious? Thanks for any advice in advance:)
