Judging by that error log cnc online isnt able to hook to the game hence you get the backend server error. Try running cnc online as admin, also an alternate way to launch the game which can make a difference if just running as admin wont work would be to hook your game, close cnc online and then run the game from its shortcut.

You should try installing the ultimate collection fix https://github.com/M...Fixed-Launchers and applying it for the game in question, also upon hooking the game try launching it from its shortcut and not from cnc online directly, plus if the launcher does not respond then give it some time especially on the first start up.

Are you getting any errors and if so then what are they, also are you sure that youre entering the correct cnc online account details, for red alert 3 it is the server email then the server password then the online id is whatever nickname you want.

Have you hooked the game? if yes then try running the game and cnc online as admin and if that too doesnt work then trying again at a later point.

after hooking the game close cnc online and run the game normally, if the launcher starts to not respond then give it some time

open cnc online, hook the game (top left menu) then close cnc online and run the game from its shortcut, cnc online should open and go from there.
if the error persists then try running cnc online in administrator through (right click -> properties -> compatibility -> run as administrator) and click apply
