Please read this first, and then respond with something people can work with. If you're not going to include your error log, OS, or what version of the game your are playing, no one will be able to help you.

FIXED!!!

Had to go into the steam local files, change compatibility mode for the runme.exe and ra3.exe files to Windows XP (SP3). Once they were all set to this, I was able to launch the C&C Online launcher by clicking on the icon on my desktop, the game launched after about a 20 second delay without any issues.

Currently logged in, I closed the game and restarted everything to see if it was fixed. Appears so.
