This is a newb. He wants to learn how to code ini so he can do it himself.
This newb has read countless tutorials on T3a, and wants to make his own mod. He only knows how to map, and he wants to be able to help his team, that won't exist until he can....

This newb us not a n00b, he just wants a little help. He wants to know if anyone can explain any of these aspects in a way that is comprehend able by dummies. He's not asking anyone to do his mod for him, he just wants to learn, because T3a's tutorials didn't click in his head, and the red and black wall paper gave him headaches.

I think that the elves should have more mirkwood units like....

Thranduil (reskinned rides a moose)
Tauriel
New units:
Mirkwood Hunter (Elite Archer)
Mirkwood Warrior (Elite Swordsmen)
Battle of the five armies veterans (elite archers, 5 allowed)
Mirkwood Pikemen (Elite pikemen)
Guards of the Elven Halls (Elite Pikemen 2 allowed)
