DuckEffect

Hi guys, newbie to modding and also the forum.

So I wanted to make myself a mod for ROTWK, no intentions on making anything public. So I made myself a new hero ''tauriel'' and so far its working fine. I put models and palantir images from another mod called BoTTA. I tested Tauriel and its working fine in game (slight problem on Aragorn's blademaster ability animations).

My problem is that I want her to deal more damage. Right now she is using legolas weapons damage as base. But when I change damage numbers on gamedata.ini it doesnt effect any of the heroes (legolas or tauriel). I searched for this and I found a solution to add Premade INI packages so that changes u made in gamedata.ini will take effect. but I cant find premade ini for ROTWK v2.01. Also it would be better to not change the INI I have cause I changed a lot of things in it.
