Lol well, it seems a new error has popped up with him that i was unknown of and so i searched CA Error in the forums and found a thread about it, i directed him to that, hopefully that can resolve everything for him. Thanks

ah i'm sorry but i had no choice for i am not him, but i will tell him to get on this forum and see what he has to say in better detail. i have been google searching online searched up every possiblity and applied and tried to resolve it with the methods mentioned but no luck, so i suspect that this is a new error.
