C&C Online Won't load past loadscreen

Hi guys i am new to the server, and its been fun playing with y'all, but my friend has an issue that neither he nor i can resolve, so i am hoping to resolve this over the next few days,

Please view this video on YT C&C just wont load past the load screen he starts up C&C and it shows the loading screen but after that it suddenly stops, the video will explain it better than i can.
