A tank with atrs luncher on top and nothing else just like flames TOS tank.so what about it??

thats a good one. I've also thaght alot about making a Retaliator tank, but the truth is that Nuke realy is plenty powerful. I'd not change anything to weaken or strengthen nuke. I think they feel perfect the way they are right now. i've even thaught about making a SSfighter like the one I've made for flame and giving it a warhead on-par with the aurora.. the nuke blast of a nuke silo blowing up would be perfect, but nuke just doesn't need any more toys.

GLA needs to be braught up to par, then worry about who the new underdog is.

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

I agree with you but i had this idea and i just put it to suggestions...Its true nuke has plenty of power but he is so compatible for adding things to him,there is alot of things that could fit in well with his stylle :dry: ...I just aded the devastator(C&C reneclipse) :p

I gave the Devestator to infantry China but only gave it neutron shells. mkes a nice supprt/assault tank. send troop crawlers in with it and capture everything.

But absolutly, Nuke china is SO compatable with everything, I think that might be why they are so strong... there is never a shortage of good ideas.

I htink Infantry China can use anything the other generals can, instead of saying it has to BE infantry, I think it should have to be infantry support in some way. lots of neutron weapons and light vehicles. The only thing to really avoid is weapons that leave an OCL like radiaton, flame, chem etc... those hamper infantry and Infa-Gen would not use them.

I've not made it yet, but a cleanup TANK would be a very good thing for infa-genereal

I have to play as Infantry General for a long time...I remembered something,in Contra 0.2 there was a smal ltank that was placing mines like nutron cannon BUT it was doing a hell better work then nutron cannon cause it doesnt have to deploy :p .Now i remembered it i will put it in,i suggest you to put it in too in the next version of Remix

I think that there should not be infantry gen cause he is completely unuselles... Why ? Cause Tank gen uses strong tanks, Nuke gen uses nuclear warheads etc. Infantry uses what ???? Infantry ??? He is using everything else except infantry !!! Infantry cannot stand in a fight with tanks... In a fight with planes... with robots... My idea is very big : Replace the infantry gen with a fast style playing gen... Having light tanks with small armor but high range and the best of them a very good firepower... I know this could not be done but infa gen is useless...

not at all... your play style makes him useless. I've been using lots of infantry of late and found them exptreamly powerfull when holding land. With the prices reduced yo ucan build 10 to 1 infantry over tanks and several of them can lay waste to the armor and planes. 15 tankhunters lays a smack down on an enemy overlord tank.

a gaint Capture rush can desimate an enemy base, especialy if you can get thier baracks under your control... just pump out dozens of thier own infnatry and keep capturing... even if you attack gets stopped you've still taken thier buildings at little to no cost.

WOW!!!Τι μαλακιες λες παλυ ρε Λεοντη?το σκεθτοσουν πολυ??(Thats Greek language.Mech is a frend of mine)I disagree! Infantrys tactic is:take control of enemy vehicles and atack to him with his own forces :p!!!i like this trategy a lot :dry: !!!plus his Special infantry can take out A LOT of enemy tank.

GLA is already in line for receiving heavy defenses, but its very true The GLA basic defenses are the same size as other player's heavy defenses. I'm not realy sure how to do it in 30 seconds or less, but GLA should have basic defenses the size of a patriot or gattling cannon, and the heavy defenses on the current foundation.

Hmmm... :p So, the gla fountation is twice as big than the other General defence turrets ,then lets just give them the power that repreasents there size!!!I mean make another turret for GLA fountation and put two of those turret that means twice power!!!OR what if one fountation could take two difrent or same turrets!!!Lets take a gla fountation there will be the three or four original upgrades and lets say that we want the anti tank turet when the upgrade is finished then you have to choose between the three upgrades again and if you choose the anti tank cannon then a secont cannon will apear on top of the first(smaler ofcourse but with the same damage as the big) :dry: and if you select after the first antitank cannon upgrade the quad cannon upgrade then a secon turret will apear in the same fountation :p !!!I dont know if you understand me cause my Engish suxs a little bit :) .So do i get understand?what do you say Pandaelose?If i learn to use GMAX i will try to show you what i mean

The game doesn't support multiple addons anyway. there are ways to trick it and make it look like 2 addons, but its really best not to go there.

The game doesn't support multiple addons anyway. there are ways to trick it and make it look like 2 addons, but its really best not to go there.

But my thinking at the moment is take the exsisting turrets and put them on a light foundation. use the exsisitng foundation to make heavy turrets, all new, not just little changes. Big things like Scud Launchers and heavy artillery. Maybe missle batteries or big overlord syle tank-guns. there are all sorts of things that can be done with them that would be plenty strong enough.

Me? I'm thrilled that Creator agreed with most of my idea for new units.

over all my thaughts are:
strip Assault of the angry mobs, suicide units, and most fast attack. give instead heavy asault units. Soviet era tanks and planes. many modified china units, like a battle master varient to replace the scorpion, mobile artillery to replace the rocket buggy. I could go on. the potential is huge. aditional planes modeled from China migs. a Hind chopper would be good too... but I'm thinking take the Mig 19 and the Mig 19 interceptor I made and give them to Demo and remove the suicide flyers (atleast for the remix, not nesecarly for contra .04, I know creator likes his rocket riders)

MECH, do an edit on your post to clean up all the extra quotes in there. we don't need to repeat the whole thread.

I dont wan to push it or stock with this idea but wat if the fountation build with the antitaqnk cannon and take the three other addons...For light defence ofcorse!!!
