Ok so 4th side... let's see uhm.
We have USA on the American continent, Russia, China and Pacific Front in Asia/Australia, EU in Europe, Scorpion Cell in Africa, Psi-Corps... somewhere, and HQ on the Antartica. That pretty much covers all KNOWN spaces and major powers on Earth. The new faction can't be extraterrestial either, as they have a friggin shark in their logo and human-like tech.. so... is the 4th side Atlantis?

I don't know. I only care having a Fourth Wall to break. 
Okay, I know a bit. But the origins of the Fourth Side maybe more sensible, and less obvious... depending on where you are looking.

Illuminati has been confirmed ever since we had PsiCorps' triangles.
