I'd like to pursue your work. Could you explain how you do it?
Well, the trickiest part of my approach is about reading animation data from the newer version of W3D Viewer - I do that with a little programme I wrote; sometimes in addition to it I make use of a thing called Cheat Engine.
Once you have the data recorded, you need to import them to 3ds Max.

Thank you! You mean, horseback or on-foot?
Before starting the conversion project, I had done Nazgul on-foot animations separately - I cannot put them here as those are technically not converted, but reproduced animations.
As for the animation set for a mounted Nazgul, it's on the list now!

Hey man, think you can convert the Dwarven Battlewagons (unless they are already importable)?
Hi Rider! They're already compatible, but, since you mentioned dwarven machinery, their siege rams are bfme2-animated - I'll upload a converted version soon.
Just to update everyone on the progress - I'm working on the nazgul mounted (black rider) animation set with a few custom animations. I have also extracted the animations for half-trolls (including those for their banner carriers), and will convert them to the bfme1-friendly format very soon.
To everyone: please let me know if I've missed something from your requests. I haven't uploaded much recently as I'm working on two original animation sets - I'll show them off in the Showcase thread soon.

do they work in BFME 1?? I have a glorfindel model but uses aragorn anims so I want him to look more "elvish"
