For curiosity's sake, would you be able to upload an imported .max of Shelob's animations?

 
I think those are already BFME1-compatible anyway - would you like me to upload the .max files of another anim set?

Hi lads,

Sorry for the long absence - it's been a busy couple of months!
I'm adding a few anim sets in the first post:

Witch-King (BFME2 anims);
Galadriel;
Treebeard (BFME2 anims);

Haldir's and Mouth of Sauron's animations are coming very soon!

BFME 1 has so few animation sets, every addition you make is of great value. Besides, it was on November 10th when I said that Galadriels and Witch-king's animations would come in handy, and only 5 days later you'd surprise us with a come back and have said animations in store for us. ;)

Fair enough!
And there are certainly even more anims to come at a higher rate than before - I've found a way to speed up animation 'cleaning', which is going to make the whole process much more efficient!
(Gosh, I sound like an advertiser!)

Well, I personally was thinking about having a go at goblin marauders and the stone giant, but if you have some particular wishes, I'm eager to try to accommodate them!

Hmm if I had to choose one I'd go with the mounted anims for the Black Riders, but that's obviously entirely up to you. I believe mounted anims take longer than unmounted anims and are probably of less priority anyway. :p

Yes, you're absolutely spot on - animation cleaning is primarily about dealing with characters' 'twitching feet', and horses/wargs happen to be quadrupedal, which makes the whole process twice as dull.
What I've been thinking about with regards to the Black Riders, is in some ways amalgamating their anims from BFME2's with those of Angmar's mounted Witch-King - if the whole thing doesn't work out, I'll probably just upload the anim set from BFME2. Would that sound like a plan?

Besides Haldir animations, I'd say the complete set of the Haradrim archers would be fantastic.
