I mean, you could keep the details of the briefing but lets us move around and build stuff while it's scrolling in the top left.
Maybe have the Tech Sat be assigned to the player right away? For convenience?
Hhhmmm, could be. But for playing this map multiple times, I'm pretty sure a well detailed readme file can do it. Plus, the amount of triggers I put it sometimes cause the game to load too long, and that's one of the reason why I didn't add more triggers for briefings (since I just ignored the challenge and dummy units). For a test map, I think it would be nice if the game loads faster.
I wouldn't do that, because there might times where a certain player might test stuff within a shroud then capture it later.

Thank you. though it still needs improvements.
So far, with what I did.. I ended up just updating the version where everything is buildable. Cause updating 2 maps at the same time is hard and requires too much work.
