I wonder if we could make a mission based on what might have happened in the Pacific theater during the Second Great War?

Eh, guess maybe we'll have to make do with off-map airstrikes or scripted events to compensate or something.

Well, if that was to be considered, it would most likely set progress back further just to get the models, and even further to get it all scripted. Sure we got the RA1 buildings, but remember tanks and vehicles would also need to be included.
Oh and also, is there a way to code in a proper landing and take-off sequence for aircraft so it seems realistic or is that not possible in RA2's engine?
I suppose you could script a land vehicle version of the plane to move until the end of the runway, then in that instant it vanishes and an airborne version takes its place. Probably best you can hope for.

Apparently retelling RA2 was not enough, RA1 to RA2 transition seem to be filled with holes.
Damn it, WW and your consistency. :(
You can make fan missions if you wanna.

What we need now is a way to play that mission without inihacking

Thank gooodness I'll be graduating with a history degree in the coming spring so maybe I can put my research knowledge to good use.
