From your trailer, I saw more problems:

- Dwarf Phalanx is from HD Edition

- Dwarf Guardian is from HD Edition

- Rivendell Lancer is from HD Edition

And there's still the Goblin Warrior and Celeborn. They don't look 'traced over' either. What about that?

How about the following arrangement:

We give you permission to use the HD Edition assets that you have already used.

In exchange, you give us full credit for those assets in your Readme or when you post them in public ('The following assets were made by the HD Edition team: *insert list of assets here*, find them at https://www.moddb.co...-2-hd-edition).You'll also not use more HD Edition assets or Age of the Ring assets in the future without asking us first (and accepting the outcome should we say no).

What do you think?

Very well, we are grateful towards the creators of the HD edition as well as we consider your conditions quite fair.
We are ready to give a full credit to all assets from HD pack which were used in any way possible and will put a link to your page (https://www.moddb.co...th-2-hd-edition). We would like to put an end to the conflict and continue to work. What about us being restored on ModdB?

Ok, then we are in agreement.

As to ModDB, that's not something I'm in charge of or have any control over - however, I'll send a message to one of their admins as a sign of good faith.

I'm not sure why this new game would be on ModDB, however. You should get on IndieDB.

I haven't seen any acknowledgement of the art they've used.

Remember that all worlds draw to an end and that noble death is a treasure which no one is too poor to buy. - C.S. Lewis

There will come a time when you believe everything is finished. That will be the beginning. - Louis L'Amour

What will matter then will be people. If relationships will matter most then, shouldn't they matter most now? - Max Lucado

Whenever I make custom models for soldiers, generals, or buildings; I do them using civilian building assets and using Create-A-Hero assets, and I reassemble them in ways that make for very crafty New assets. This I think is much better than recycling someone else's assets without their consent. Lastly, I'll say this: I am glad to notice an agreement being made in terms of how to Avoid disputes, like the one this topic appears to have opened as, in the future!

"You cannot know anything; only suspect. You must suspect to be wrong. To have overlooked, something, anticipate."
