If i where a hacker Id have brought the place down.. I hate fascists.. esspecially the ones that use religion to justify it. Honestly, did religion ever do anything good to us people except for giving us the illusion that we belong to something.. Marx was right on his quote: "Religion is the opium for the masses" even though its sad to admit this.

Hyb is right, love is creative, hate is destructive. Pitty there's so much hate in this world. Wouldnt it be wonderfull if religion didnt cause this much hate. How much civalised would we be if we stopped looking at the bible or koran each time we make a decision.

I beleave everyone has the right to beleave what he wants to beleave, but the moment he starts acting hostile to someone who isnt exactly the same like he is, then I hope his own god will punish him in the afterlife. If there is one message in religion it is to love oneanother.. pitty people read it as: "aslong as he is excactly the same as you are". Christians who say god hates ... clearly didnt read the part where Jesus says he loves everyone..

Amen to CJ

Oh and "guest" if you are so sure of yourself.. dare you to register and show the real you. I cant stand religious fanatics, if god wanted the world to be the way you want it then he can fuck off and send me to hell.. if hell excists only off people who think you fanatics are dumbasses that will probably mean its the real heaven anyway..

But assuming he is either peacefull or nonexistant I think its safe to say that people like you are "the bad guys".. most gays would hardly hurt a fly.. but all the fanatics suddenly forget the "thou shall not kill" part of the bible. You now what i call people like you.. fake religios dumbasses.. you're just as bad as Nazi's, if you dont like this world then fucking kill yourself and go hang with your God.. but leave your crap out off this world

God wouldn't show emotion, hes an all powerful being, he isn't a human therefore has no emotion, so hate and love doesn't come into it.

I do admire the owner of godhatesfags.com for his honesty. He's spreading the true word of god - most other people merely avoid delicate issues and pick and choose which parts to believe. He is the true face of the christian church, unchanged since the crusades. The bible is a book filled with hatred, lies, and injustice, and i'm sure most christians would rather ti didn't exist so they could be like buddhism and say that it's a philosophy rather than a religion.

Actually only the OLD testament talks about god killing all the people.. in the New testament Jesus speaks odf a forgiving God. But yeah I agree, it would be beter if we saw christianity as a philosophy

No it wouldn't, because it's a religion. Religions have no place in the world anymore, and people don't need faith when they have philosophies and political beliefs.

A philosophy officially becomes a religion when it's caused at least two genocides. That's why Buddhism isn't up there yet.

Its an excuse for evil people or stupid people.

War is stupid and completely unessecary and shows how far undeveloped the human race is.

All we have done is learnt how to kill someone without even seeing there face.

There are tonnes of triggers and look at the biggest murderors, hitler, stalin, that was simply about power and discrimination.

Putting all religions under one umbrella is like saying all that America does is napalm small south asian villages or abuse iraqi prisoners.

Unfair and unjust.

Its yet again removing the focus thats its HUMANS which cause suffering, be it killing or unitentionally causing a threat e.g. building below the sea line, swimming in a dangerous sea, living by a volcano, etc. We only have ourselfs and our greed to blame.

Religion has caused ridiculous amounts of death and injustice worldwide, and for what? To turn people into idiots. Religion started as a way to explain what couldn't be explained at the time through scientific beliefs, and it's grown into something it was never meant to be.

Religion adds fuel to the fire and gives cultures an excuse to murder each other. When Religion and nationalism, or religion and culture mix, it's always a very bad thing.

I believe in Christianity. And I believe it's exploited for control reasons. I have no problem calling it a philosophy, or dogfood if you care. It should not change one's personal relationship with thier maker.

Now I do have to admit, the larger the crowd, and the louder the speakers of the preacher, the less of God's words and the more of Man's work come out.

If someone was gonna gather as a group and have a sermon. Why not 10 people, why does it have to be 10k people.

That is where Satans favorite sin comes into full effect. Vanity....

Just watch The Devils Advocate for some great references to Vanity. It's the driving force of tyranny, gluttony, narcisism, over indulgence, over confidence, self infatuation, and belittlement.

Which is wht I believe cocaine to be man's greatest foe as a drug. Instant Vanity...just add cocaine. Like booze, instant vanity. Overtaking another country, instant vanity, steak/lobster dinners, vanity. Hording money, vanity. Sleeping around, vanity.

Even elitests, whom I thought was mans greatest evil, can also be summed up with Vanity. The root of all evil...

What? Half of that has nothing to do with vanity. Greed is the main force for evil in the world, and fear is the main tool with which the greediness is satisfied.

And I don't have a problem with people who decide to live their life by the philosophy of christianity but don't actually believe christianity to be true. Even so, i'd still disagree with them on many levels, but at least they'll show some sense...

Greed, is the love of money and material things. How can you have this drive without vanity. Fear is caused by intimidation. One indimidates to get what they want through thier superiority over someone else. You'd have to be vain to behave like that.

buddhism removes oneself from vanity, thereby solving all the other problems. So Vanity is the root of all evil.

And yet for greed, people will degrade themselves. Vanity doesn't play a part.

So what do you think is the one key item that is the root that stems all miscontempt?

That is the question...What is the one thing that spawns all the lesser evils. Money is an intangible item, man was evil before money. Greed is just vanity with an insatiable need.

I believe the one thing that makes man evil by nature is his drive to be/more superior/richer/better looking/tougher/smarter/faster/stronger/healthier/dominate/more intimidating/and most adored by his peers.

Now that drive is inately evil. Yet that is what drives animals. So to differentiate yourself from animals you have to remove the vanity from within yourself.

I believe that is the ideaology of religion and philosophy. I am but a simple caveman, so I may be wrong.
