Ok. I decided to take a war of the ring hero and bring it to life in BFME. This inspired me to model and skin Saleme, a Haradrim hero from the game War of the Ring.

He looks nice, i like the design on the axes but his legs look badly mapped.

ya... the animations tottaly make it look bad. they dont look like that on the model when its not inmotion

Please don't let her throw her weapons like in WotR. It makes it more realistic if she fights normally with them and does not throw an infinate amount of them. Also as Hostile said about SDK Kwen's Galadriel model, you should make her female features more distingushable so people can see she is a female hero.

true, but her hair most likely will give her away as a female character... i might try a skeleton change since the legolas skeleton isnt quite working out.

Thanks! I am actually 75% done with her coding for the harad faction mod! I might just release her as some sort of a Teaser!
