wizard cant get armour upgrades;
game crashed at score screen;
animation for arrow storm was non existent;
you cant eat chickens..

i think thats normal, he already has a few spells
but he shouldnt have the button, and The elf shouldnt have the heavy armor button
you cant eat chickens..
you can, you have to remain next to it and the hero will actually pick up the chicken
same with the Beer barrel and the Rope

-The wizard has no armor upgrade mainly because i don't want him to, his power is about spells, not resistance. And moreover, i have problems doing skins for him, they do not appear ingame. I have the same problem with the haradrim.
-Game crashing at score screen: did this happen many times? I never got it, i have no idea where this could come from :(
-Arrow storm animation: noted. I think i tried to give it an animation but it didn't work, i will try again.
-Can't eat chickens: You should be able to. go near a chicken, and clic the eat chicken button, most of the time it will work. Sometimes the chickens close to a building are impossible to grab, try another.

And one last thing i remember.. you can select the sage's hut from anywhere, you dont have to have it in view.. was this done on purpose?

also, seeing that the .big is quite big (around 45 Mo), i suggest you remove the impressive amount of textures in there (i imagine that 3/4 of it is unused)

Grim, I have to say it's VERY fun to play. Well, balanced also. I had to reverse my thinking from armies to heroes.
It ultimately failed due to a game.dat error but I loved every minute of it.
Issues:
1) passenger bone on the boar needs fixing
2) evac buttons work less than 50% of the time.
3) Aggression level set to high. I summoned some stuff, aftering kicking some ass and dealing with other things I come to find out my summoned troops were rampaging across the map without my guidance. Alittle to couragious for my taste.
4)Your mounts ar either too exspensive or not tuff enuff.
I like your layout for the menues, spells, armor, weapon choice. Nice work bud. I'm VERY impressed...

A few answers here:
1) Yes i know, and i need help on this, As i cannot edit models, i have to cheat using another draw block with an invisible model using only its passenger bone. For the boar i'm f***** because it is two small, and scaling it up scales the bone too...
2) Ok, understood what you meant on messenger The images don't work for structure exit. I don't know how to fix it right now :(
3) They are just normal hordes, how can i fix the agression level ? I guess you'll have to micromanage them closer
4) really? Ok i will try to lower their price. The thing is they are very powerfull for me, they give a health bonus to your hero, can attack, and transport them faster. And the mumakil can hold them all for a moving carnage, so i don't want to make them too cheap

-5 new animal companions to escort your heroes
elk, dog, wolf, warg, eagle
-Nes objects buyable at the farms:
*Small barricade: an immobile transportable/deployable protection for one of your heroes.
*Large Barricade: Large mobile protection that can contain 4 heroes
-New spell for evil and good mages: Forceshield
--> Summons a forceshield in what up to 6 heroes can enter and be protected while they shoot at their ennemies and cross the battlefield.
-Some New FXs
-Fixes here and there

-All heroes can now use their melee weapons when contained (mount or else)
-Many changes to special objects containers (rope, barricade...) They now act and move a little more realisticly.
-New mounts: Horse and Warg
-New special object: war cart
--Can be pulled by any cavalry unit (horse mount, warg mount, wolf, boar...)
--Can be mounted by a Hero
-->Good resistance, strong crush, very funny (for me at least )
-Removed large barricade from farm, changed its model and mechanics. You can now find it on the new abilites..:
-New abilities:
--Goblin: Goblin Stealth (same as elf cloak)
--Elf: Elven medecine (same as athelas)
--Orc: Orc sirup (same as athelas) and Barricade (spawns an immobile large barricade)
--Human: Barricade (see above)
-Many little graphical and gameplay fixes

Small changes, i had to redo everything due to a PC problem :(
-Goblin and Human hero can now repair structures and special objects (no need to buy the upgrade the unpause behavior doesn't work)
-Peasants can now repair special objects too
-New ability for the goblin: Goblin Catapult: builds a static catapult and 2 hordes of goblins. The catapult can throw those goblins, the mine and heroes at a very long range. (Be ware heroes bug somehow when throwned and some may die on impact)
