Can create all kinds of sniper (no promotion needed), all kinds of Anti-tank men, and all kinds of regular infantry (ranger, red gaurd, guerilla, rebel...).
Tech Building: Tech War Factory. Chinese War Factory for look.
can create all kinds of basic tank (crusader, militia tank, battlemaster...).
creates basic anti-air/infatry units (quad cannon, humvee (has TOW missile upgrade), Hurricane, gattling tank).
creates transport units (troop crwaler, humvee, technical, amphibious transport (possibly)...).

Tech City Center
positioned at the center of a town on maps that have towns. Produces $500 at the rate of a black market, due to taxes. City Center-looking building (big and important looking) is the model.
Tech Market Stall
small market stall like in some maps. produces $50 at the rate of a black market.
Tech Marketplace
small group of stalls with a flag on it. produces $200 at the rate of a black market.
Tech Harbor
gets foriegn trade at $400 at the rate of a black market. Produces side-specific ships (for 8.0). Looks like a pier with a building at the end near the ground, crane next to building.
Tech Hangar
looks like an aircraft hanger, allows planes and helis to auto-repair. produces Huey light helicopter. Huey has a small vulcan cannon, searchlight (detects stealth), and a single rocket launcher (all weapons are weak). carries 4 men, they can fire out of it.
Tech Missile Outpost
arty platform with missile launchers on top (instead of cannon), hits ground and air from very far away, fires 2 rockets at a time, rockets aren't too strong.
Tech Car Dealer
looks like a car dealer, with car on spinning wheel. produces civilian cars (every few seconds) and terrorists.
Tech Bike Center
Produces side-specific bikes. GLA gets combat cycle or quad. USA gets Yamaha Bike, fast, able to change weapons like combat cycle, can be evacuated without destroying it (has kickstand). China gets Tank Destroyer Cycle, like the Yamaha, but has a tank hunter at all times, and fires 2 rockets at a time (Inf. Gen fires 4 at a time, as his tank hunters have dual launcher).
Tech Spy Outpost
Reveals all command centers on the map to the owner and his allies, can be upgraded with camoflage. looks like a strat. center, without the bay for cannon, and always has sensors out.
Well that's it I think, tell me if different looks should be used on any of these.

The port shouldn't bring in money unless a ship comes and drops off A LOT. We don't really need any more cash tech buildings otherwise.
The Hangear should be what the Tech Airfield can do.
The Spy Outpost should reveal the whole map, and the USA should lose the GPS.
