This thread makes my inner child scared. Actually, hate to actually give a purpose to this thread, but how big is the mod in MBs thusfar? Would you like SW to mirror it for you when released?

was there not something like 150megs?
but it can be shrinked with a "hacked" xccmodlauncher and installer...

blitz is installed ~120-150 mb
and the download is ~35mb

atm the mod is 191mb uncompressed, it will probably go up to the 300mb mark when finished.

Any chance of getting that "hacked" XCC modlauncher BTW rami?

no, I’m using .wav format in mono & at medium bit rate... the music is only 80mb tho.

It’s the 3000+ vxl, shp & tmp files that make it so big.

I'm on dial-up too atm, I’m not even going to attempt to upload it until I get at least 2mb broadband. I’ll probably only have the music as a separate d/l, I can't really do it in parts.

Well I hope it is hacked down because I am not waiting for a 30hrs or so of a download and the I might get BB soon but I am not sure because I don't download that many things from the net.

sweet 300mb, id d/l it. its a shame college have blocked d/ls other wise it would of taken me like 20mins to d/l it or less at college ;) do ur bewt mig, quality over d/l size lol :blink:

and btw 300mb I hope you can compress that but I wouldnt mind 400mb if it means the mods better oh well good luck :blush:

Sorry for not login in but I just want to answer this one.

RS is Robot Storm Apollo's mod. :blush:

But I do hope something happens because like I said I am not waiting 30hrs or so for a download and it would suck big time if I don't get to play this awsome mod. ;) :blush:
