I'll show you how to work, the safety catch and all that" Harvey then took Niall into the gun room and showed him the ins and outs of the shotgun, giving him the 50 shells.

Yuri started lifting his head up. He lifted it so upwards he could see what was happening behind him. Keeping that pose he looked at the policeman.
- "I'll help myself in a minute then, eh?" - he spoke with a tone. After a moment he returned his head to it's normal position and instead sat down on the floor, front to the group. As usual in an uncertain situation, a sarcastic remark was heard. Something that will most probably drive most of the people around him into annoyance.
- "So what are we planning, 'family'? Are we gonna just.. come out there, guns a-blazing, show them the meaning of genocide?"

"Well, all I know is that I sort of want to go back out there, to mow through the monstrous mob, and possibly get to that truck."
Titus dangled the keys, to distract himself for a moment, then put them away. He got up, and decided to see what kind of shotgun Niall got to play with.

"Genocide?Doesn't that mean like the killing of a race of people,"Said Gina slightly confused, "Like what Hitler did right? Cause what those things are outside, they ain't people, they're whats left of people, when you take out the humanity part of them, they act on instinct and want to tear apart anything that moves. I don't know if any of the people inside are left, but i know that if i was turned into one of them i think i would rather like to be dead. Killing them would not be murder, it would be a mercy killing. As for the plan Harvey and I think we shoudl get some kind of mobile vehicle, but i don't know what state the roads are in since we havn't been outside since the start of the outbreak. What's everyone elses ideads?"

OOC: [[I meant the millitary base to be about a weeks long hiking away,perhaps a few days by car(longer since the roads and infected etc.) i shall edit the previous posts by FZM.]]

"Well, as you can note, I've got these keys here."
He dangled the keys, yet again, to show them to the others.
"These keys are for a '98 Chevy Silverado, which is back at Bill's Garage, down on the corner of 5th and Ivory. If I could get an escort, preferably armed," he says and smiles,"then we may be able to blast our way to the garage, and get the truck. After that, if there's any spare sheet metal and trailers around town, then I could possibly make a large, tank-like vehicle and we can get out of this place. If there's any other vehicles that we may need, I also know where the locksmith's shop is, and I could make either a key for it, or a keyless ignition system."

Niall collected his thoughts as he tended to do before speaking, then said, "I drove a car here. It still has about a half tank of gas left, and the keys are in it right now. Five people including the driver can fit in it, so a few of us can take that over to the garage and secure it, you know, make sure it's safe and all that. We can work on the large vehicle there."

"That seems like a great idea Titus" said Gina in a eager voice, obviously liking the sound of being protected by sheets of metal. I think that we should follow Niall's idea aswell, drive over to the garage, see if its safe and all tha." Suddenly Harvey interjected with his own opinion.
"We probaly should take four people in the car, the most heavily armed, so for each vehilce we can have a driver and someone to protect when it has to stop." Harvey waited for a minute just long enough to add a small degree of tension to the room, "Unless anyone else has any ideas"

[Fire Ze Missiles!]

Silence.
"Well, that's settled that then." Gary announced to the room at large. "Can I come?"
Before anyone had a chance to answer his mouth opened again "I just thought, we're gonna need gas. And lots of it. Titus, is your place just a workshop or has it got pumps too?"

[[OOC:I meant by car, with time for cooking, eating, sleeping, washing, AVOIDING ZOMBIES etc.probs would tkae about 1 1/2 days usualy, but with being extra careful, highways, broken down etc.]] Nology, could you perhaps send a pic of what this "tank like vehicle"would look like?

Harvey listened to gary then spoke "Ok, i think i better come aswell, any other volounters? Perhaps we could also geta larger vehicle, , like a bus?"

"A bus? Hmm," Niall trailed off, thinking, before continuing, "Maybe. It might be hard to maneuver around any stopped cars in the way, though. Anyway, I'll go."

"He was just suggesting!"said Gina defensivly, "hes been thorugh alot here as i'm sure you all have, he was just saying ideas! I don't see you offering to go outside!"

"Don't worry about it Gina,"said Harvey, he's just been through a lot as i think we all have. back to the plan, i think Titus should deifntly come, seeing as he knows the way, but perhaps we should also collect supplies for the journey?Loot a mall or something? We still need two more people to come on the trip to get the vehilce, any volounteres?"

Niall nodded, "Collecting supplies is a good idea. We're going to need food and maybe a portable propane camp stove type thing. Sleeping bags, too. And...well, I don't know what you all think, but I kinda want to get us some kind of CD player or something, unless we already have one around here someplace. I think hearing some music might help us all relax a little, and the world just seems so silent now, with all the cars stopped and the bustle of human life taken away."

"I've got a CD player!" piped up Gina, i've kept it with me since the start of the outbreak, ever since he arrested me, luckily i managed to convince him to let me keep it. I've got a couple of Cd's with me:Appetite for destruction and Master of Puppets, they all right with you Niall?But these aren't exactly serious matters, what others supplies do you think we need?"

"We shall need food and water of course,"stated Harvey, "but should we get mineral water, or purification Tabs?What about a medical kit?Did you bring any stuff with you Tom?What about everyone else|?What do you think we should bring?"

(OOC: I'm looking for that pic, I just don't believe Google doesn't have one. And, by tank-like vehicle, I meant a heavily augmented motor vehicle, like a bus covered in metal plating, with a battering ram on the front and stuff. Nothing real fancy, something my character could whip up in a few hours with a vehicle, some help and the right equipment. Note, it could also be made with a strong pickup truck and a couple trailers, covered in sheet metal. Roadtrain, anyone? )

IC:"Well, I'm pretty sure I ran on 5th Street due east from the garage... Are we on the corner of 5th and Main? If so, then the garage is just a few blocks to the west of here, down 5th Street. And, about gas, it's a garage/filling station, there's plenty," Titus said with a healthy smirk on his face.
"By the way, is there any food around here that's still edible? I could go for about as much as a can of soup right now... Well, I'm gonna scavenge the break room, if you guys haven't already."

OOC: Cool idea, perhaps FZM could do a little drawing(or you if you want, i just know fzm is good at drawing!-unlesss fzm doesnt want to) to try and show everyone what its supposed to look like!

IC: "Theres hardly anything"said Gina "Theres a few vending machines in the hallway, but we aren't going to survive on cheesy puffs all this time, so i suggest we find a mall and loot it, we just need to plan this out, perhaps after titus gets the vehicle to pimp, others can be using Nialls to go to the mall while Titus is doing his work.We just neeed some volounteres." Gina said with an exasperated tone in her voice.

((OOC: Why would i not want to? Cars aren't my strongpoint but i've given it a try. Just bear with me on the design of the truck itself. The holes in the side are mean't to be fire slits so we can blow up dead guys on the move. I didn't draw the trailers cos i ran out of space but i'm sure you can imagine them. EDIT: I'm not allowed to attach the picture for some reason so i'll post a new thread in the OOC section and put it there.
EDIT again: what's a global attachment limit? Cos i just exceeded it. So unfortunately you can't see the car yet. It's basically a pickup truck with corrugated iron walls with fire slits in. And fire motifs on the side.))

"OK, lets get this sorted. We need to split into two groups - one to go to Titus' workshop and the other to get supplies from the mall. We've already got that me, Harvey, Niall and Titus and anyone else who wants to come will do the first trip, and the rest of you need to get to the mall." With that sorted, Gary looked around the room for inspiration as to what he should say next. His eyes fell upon Gina's CD player...
"Did you say you had Master of Puppets?"

OOC: Regina would go on this, but ash is away and he gave her to me temporarily. You can have her for a bit, just don't kill her.
I haven't posted to avoid getting caught up in any entanglements. My character and Regina are still up in a room in the police station, but you guys can godmod her down there. I just didn't want to get caught in a conversation where I have to play both sides.

Everyone was talking and talking about a possible plan, and Yuri was just sitting down like he didn't care. He finished his cigarette and thrown it at the wall.
- "I'm staying here for a bit. If you people aren't planning to return, maybe I'll catch up later on."
He looked at the group now focused at him. There was a bit of a taunting look in his eye. He didn't know these people, but it was like he assumed that none of them would ever bother with him if not for the situation. He probably thought the same about himself though. Anybody with his character would've been annoyed at the situation.
- "Leave me some toys, I know how to play nice."

"I think we should have the first group you suggested go to the Garage and get the vehicle. Then while Titus is working on it we can get another group, so the first group can get a rest, take the other car to the mall to get supplies. Anybody got any problems with this?If not we need to make a shopping list" Gina grinned at the thought and then spoke again"We all need food, water and purification tabs, but what does everyone else want or need?"

OOC: I thought two groups, so all people can have a go in killing zeds if they want

After a moment of thought Niall said, "Did you hear what I said about the little camp stove? It will be good for cooking our food on the run. Let's see, we'll also need two or three first aid kits, like you mentioned earlier, Harvey. Also, backpacks might be nice to keep our personal things together, personal things including personal hygeine type things we need, toothbrushes and soap and whatnot."
